At our venture builder Santa Tech we are turning that opportunity into reality. Our latest company, GADU, is a well-funded, stealth-mode venture with the mission to build its business from the ground up with automation at its core.

The heart of this mission is the GADU Engine, the proprietary software platform you will help create.

This is a true greenfield project to automate every administrative process that drives the business, from invoicing and dispatching to payroll and accounting. It is the foundation that will power GADU’s operational excellence and global scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Santa Tech, you’ll play a foundational role in bringing the GADU Engine to life. You'll collaborate closely with GADU's founding team, which brings extensive executive experience from GADU’s target industry, alongside Santa Tech's global engineering talent.

Your work will center on designing the system architecture, developing the unified data model, and building and integrating APIs and automation workflows that seamlessly connect core business domains and enable future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Help design the GADU Engine, in close collaboration with the CTO.

• Build and maintain bidirectional integrations across multiple external systems and business domains to ensure reliable, scalable data flow.

• Define engineering standards, establishing scalable practices for data modeling, automation design and API-driven development.

• Contribute to team growth through mentoring, code reviews, and hiring, with a clear path toward a Team Lead role.

• Explore and integrate Gen AI capabilities on top of the GADU Engine as it matures.

Your Profile

• Intrinsic motivation for continual learning and staying updated on software engineering, automation frameworks, and emerging Gen AI technologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.

• Solid understanding of modern software architecture patterns and experience working with data modeling and workflow orchestration.

• Strong technical foundation backed by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent field.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
