As an AI Engineer at Santa Tech, you’ll play a foundational role in bringing GADU’s core technology to life. Working closely with the founding and Santa Tech’s engineering team, you’ll design and implement the AI systems that power the GADU Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the GADU Engine from scratch, in close collaboration with the CTO.

• Support team growth through mentoring and hiring, with a path to AI Lead.

• Develop AI agents using Langgraph and PydanticAI for multi-step task execution.

• Implement dynamic workflows that abstract and automate administrative processes.

• Define engineering standards and establish scalable practices for AI development.

What you’ll bring

• Intrinsic motivation for continual learning and staying updated with AI developments.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.

• Experience with LLM-powered workflows and tools, e.g. n8n, langgraph, pydanticAI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
